What is the estimated delivery time?
Products are typically delivered within 2-4 days of order confirmation depending on your destination and services related to the Product shall be provided after the delivery of the Product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
All the products are transported and delivered using Jolly Home Needs partner delivery network.
While we try to ensure that the Product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not got in touch with you.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
No, shipments are free of charge. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not.
However, if in certain exceptional cases, we agree to deliver the Products in non-serviceable pin-codes, we may deliver the product at your doorstep provided the transportation/shipping cost is borne by you at actuals in advance
Delivery costs would be charged extra if deliveries have to be made through tough conditions for our products to enter houses & those that are tight on staircase spaces.The cost goes towards extra manual labour employed for delivering your Product without damages and hassles.
How do I track my order?
In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order (or 10 days after promised shipment date in the case of pre-orders) do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at Jollyhomeneeds@gmail.com.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We work with manufacturers/dealers that have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us +91 98431 34799 or write to us at support@jollyhomeneeds.com.
Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
Can I cancel the order?
We take great pride in all the products we curate. In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order only in the following cases and in the following manner.
1. We have enabled the auto downloadable invoices feature at the request of several customers. In lieu of that, we won’t be able to cancel any orders post placing the order.
Note: Order cancellations/ swapping won’t be entertained.
2. Cancellation prior to Processing- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled post status being changed to Processing. For cancellations made before a Processing, any advance paid will be refunded as per Jolly Home Needs refunds policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to your ship-to address the customer’s home for delivery purposes (“Delivery Attempt”). However, in case of cancellation of any made to order Product (“MTO”) prior to delivery. Cancellation is not Allowed.
3. Cancellation at the time of delivery – In case you are unhappy with a Product, you may be able to return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery. Cancellation at the time of delivery is not allowed for MTO Products
4. Cancellation after delivery is not allowed.
What happens if I’m unreachable during delivery?
During delivery, if you are unreachable, the next delivery attempt will be made in the next 4 days only.
Is there a cancellation fee applicable?
We do not offer exchanges or cancellations for MTO Products. If you cannot accept delivery of the MTO Product ordered by you, we will forfeit 10% of the order value combined.
How do I get refund for Cancelled orders ?
Refund for cancelled orders will be issued as a coupon equivalent to the amount of the Cancelled product which can be redeemed on your registered account at any point of time. If in case you request us to refund via bank transfer, there will be cancellation fee of 10% of the order value combined.
Need to modify of an existing order?
We take requests to modify an existing order only till 23:59 of the order date and you can make the request by reaching us on +91 98431 34799. If the support line is busy, please reach out with an email to support@jollyhomeneeds.com with your order ID and request. You can make any additional payments for upgrading your product after confirmation from our side. If in case there is any refund from our side, a coupon equivalent to the amount will be provided which can be redeemed from your registered account.
